Shipping Policy:
Domestic orders (within the US) are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of completion of payment.
International orders are shipped 2 times per week (this includes orders to APO/FPO addresses).
Approximate door-to-door shipping time is as follows:
First Class Mail: 2-10 business days
Priority Mail (domestic): 2-6 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days
Air Mail: 7-21 business days
International Priority Mail: 5-15 days business
If you need your order rushed for any reason, please note this at checkout and we will do our est to meet your request.
Hijab al-Muminat does not guarantee delivery by a certain date unless specifically stated.
All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation for easier tracking.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of items once they have been shipped.
To help eliminate shipping problems, make sure the shipping address you have provided is complete and correctly spelled.
Return Policy:
We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that it meets our standards of quality.
All items in their original, unwashed, and unaltered condition may be returned for any reason within 30 days
for a refund of the price of the item or exchanged for an item of equal value.
We cannot refund the original shipping price or the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (see below).
If you receive an item that is defective, or if you are sent the wrong item,
we will exchange the item for free or grant a full refund, including the shipping price and return shipping for the defective item.
Customs charges and other fees or charges not specifically related to the shipping price are not refundable.
Refunds will be made via the same method by which payment was received.
Refunds are granted once we receive the returned item.
You will be notified when the returned item was receive and the replacement item or refund was sent.
Be sure the returned item is wrapped and packaged securely to keep it from being damaged or soiled during shipping.
We may not be able to refund an item that was improperly packaged.
For faster processing, please let us know the reason you are exchanging or returning the item.
If you are returning a defective item, please indicate the nature and location of the defect.
